Terms of Service

Effective 11 July 2026 · Applies to all Virelo Studios games, including Fortune Loop: Escape Run.

By downloading or playing a Virelo Studios game you agree to these terms. They're deliberately short — play fair, and the game is yours to enjoy.

1. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own, for your own entertainment. The games, their code, art, music and names remain the property of Virelo Studios and its licensors.

2. Virtual items

Coins, gems, spins, runners, outfits and any other in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, can't be redeemed for real money or transferred outside the game, and may be adjusted as part of game balancing. If a game is ever discontinued, virtual items may cease to be available; where in-app purchases exist we'll give reasonable notice before shutdown.

3. Accounts and fair play

• You can play without an account. If you register one, keep your credentials to yourself — you're responsible for activity on it.
• Pick a player name that isn't offensive, impersonating or misleading. We may rename or remove names that break this rule.
• No cheating: exploiting bugs, tampering with the client or network traffic, or using automation to inflate scores may result in scores being removed or the account being suspended.

4. Ads

Our games show optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are always user-initiated; the advertisers, not us, are responsible for the content of their ads.

5. Service changes

Online features (leaderboards, cloud save, daily events) depend on our backend and may occasionally be unavailable, changed or withdrawn. Games remain playable offline.

6. Disclaimer

Our games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virelo Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from playing our games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
