My progress didn't carry over to a new device
Progress is backed up to the cloud against your player profile. If you registered a name and email in Account, sign in with the same email on the new device and your unlocks, coins and best scores will be restored. Anonymous (unregistered) profiles live on the original device only — register before switching phones to keep your progress.
An ad reward didn't arrive
Rewards are granted the moment the ad reports completion. If the video was interrupted (call, network drop) the reward can be lost by the ad network — try again with a stable connection. If it keeps happening, email us with the approximate time and what reward was expected.
Can I play offline?
Yes — every Virelo Studios game is fully playable offline. Leaderboard submits, cloud backup and ads need a connection and will catch up when you're back online.
The leaderboard doesn't show my run
Only registered players appear on the world leaderboard — set a player name in Account. Your best run is submitted automatically at the end of each game once you're registered and online.
Deleting your account and data
To delete your account and all associated data — saved progress, scores, leaderboard entries and any registered email — email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request":
- If you registered an account, send the request from the registered email address.
- If you play anonymously, include your in-game player name (shown on the Account screen) so we can locate the profile.
We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent — progress and purchases of virtual items cannot be restored afterwards.
Report a bug
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the stage or screen you were on. A screenshot or screen recording helps enormously. Crash reports reach us automatically, but a first-hand description is what gets a fix into the next update.
